During the co-design workshop held on 18 and 19 March, the gardeners decided that this trailer would be used for cooking, training, fermenting, dyeing, drying workshops…

And that they would therefore need :

• Projection area
• Water point
• Kitchen: gas hob with steel worktop. Storage, magnetic elements (for knives, etc)
• Electrical system (photovoltaic panels, 220V battery). Removable panels
• Flip chart type panels for training/ for stands
• To be able to cover it completely: so that it can stay outside without worrying, and so that there are no thefts
