As part of the Climate Protection – Soil Protection course, co-organised with Klima-Bündnis Lëtzebuerg/Alliance pour le climat Luxembourg, this 4-day course is particularly aimed at people involved in a community garden or gardeners.
The life of a community garden revolves around gardening activities, but also meetings and decision-making between members. The social aspect is just as important, because the long-term survival of the garden depends on the health of the group.
This course is an introduction to group decision-making and facilitation techniques, as well as management and coordination (organising a meeting, etc.).
Participation in the 4-day course is encouraged.
This course is particularly aimed at people involved in a community garden or gardeners.
