In Clervaux, there is a beautiful educational garden for the children of the Reuler school centre. In this garden, girls and boys in cycle 1 (4 to 5 years old) can participate in various activities such as growing herbs, fruit, vegetables and flowers or experiencing sensory experiences, such as a "barefoot" trail. Playing, telling stories and letting off steam are also on the agenda. An educational garden stimulates all the senses and promotes the children's ability to assimilate and develop social skills.
The garden is part of the "Cliärrwer Haus" of the social office Resonord, which wants to make it accessible to the population and bring it to life through the "Léieren am Gaart" project. The children are accompanied by their regular kindergarten teachers who can ask for technical advice and support from the project initiators. "Léieren am Gaart" is an initiative of the CIGL Esch in collaboration with the support of the Ministry of the Environment, Climate and Sustainable Development, the Ministry of Education, Children and Youth and the Ministry of Agriculture, Viticulture and Rural Development.
