Community garden Eis Wiss

In search of an "ecological" project, the Lycée Guillaume Kroll contacted the Ecological Service of the City of Esch-sur-Alzette, which redirected them to the CIGL Esch. Today "Eis Wiss" is part of the "Edible City" project.

The name "Eis Wiss" was chosen by the first pupils who were involved in the project.

• The garden was created on 10 April 2019;
• joint development of the square with the CIGL Esch and the pupils and the green space department since 13 November 2018;
• evolution of the garden in 2020 and 2021 with a cultivation mound, a flower meadow, a small path…
• regular control of the planting boxes and common workshops

Please respect the work of the Eis Wiss gardeners when visiting the garden and do not harvest without the group's permission.
